An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Process Analyst located in our Central City offices in Surrey, BC.

Build your career experience in this role as you are responsible for:

  • Conducting process analysis, modeling and root cause analysis to identify and quantify system, structural and process barriers to patient access and flow
  • Designing and developing a data warehouse to support data manipulation, extraction and analysis by developing and maintaining databases
  • Participating in the development and review of revised patient access and flow strategies and solutions
Your qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and/or related disciple. Three (3) to five (5) years’ recent related experience in a medium to large-sized organization in a project management and/or consulting role. Demonstrated experience in the application of process improvement techniques and experience with electronic information systems required.

If a current FH employee in a Management or Management support position, you may be seconded into this role, subject to operational requirements and the agreement of senior leadership in your department.

This is a regular full time position located at Central City, Surrey, BC. |
